The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Humberside has launched its new 2026–2028 Delivery Plan, setting out how it will work with partners to deliver the priorities of the Police and Crime Plan over the remainder of the current PCC term.
The plan focuses on creating safer, stronger and more resilient communities through partnership working, prevention and early intervention. Key priorities include:
- Supporting victims of crime and anti-social behaviour.
- Preventing crime through education and community engagement.
- Tackling domestic abuse, violence against women and girls, and anti-social behaviour.
- Investing in youth diversion and crime prevention initiatives.
- Strengthening partnership working across policing, local authorities, health, education and the voluntary and community sector.
- Improving transparency, innovation and value for money across policing and community safety services.
The Delivery Plan also highlights the OPCC’s commitment to working alongside local organisations and communities to build trust, improve public confidence and ensure that services continue to respond to local needs.
